Sean officially joined the Allied team in January of 2023 after an earlier experience with a clinical rotation here in 2021. He has an extensive history of exercise selection and programming with a history as a powerlifter, offensive/defensive line and JV football coach at Mt. Blue High School, strength and powerlifting coach at Stand Strong Sports Performance, and exercise program designer. His strength in exercise is further confirmed with an ISSA CPT and Strength and Conditioning certification. Sean is a quintessential Mainer with a love of hunting and fishing. He believes Maine “is the way life should be.”
